I interviewed in person with 5 attorneys' at the their D.C. office and by telephone with an attorney from their Houston office. Was asked about my work experience and my knowledge of not just patent prosecution but as well as patent litigation. After the interview the office manager had me take a test with questions about patent prosecution. The test consisted of multiple choice and descriptive questions.
