Very straightforward. Interviewer was polite, friendly, and the staff was very pleasant. It made me comfortable to picture myself on the team. When I called to follow up, the staff was again friendly and professional, the practice manager that I had interviewed with was wonderful. They called for a second interview with the physicians the following week. The physicians were delightful and really made me want to work for them. It was a very positive experience and put me at ease from the very beginning of the process.
