Great process working with external recruiter, internal recruiter, and onsite personnel including the hiring manager. Mildly intensive onsite with 5 1:1 interviews. Pleasant conversations, no one was trying to stump you or look smarter than you. They were legitimately seeking capabilities and culture fit

2 calls with HR, then 2 calls with HM, several 1:1 meetings with panel spread over 2 weeks, then 2 calls with HM, then zero further communication. Very disappointing experience, could have been much more efficient.

I felt that it went well, but I was not moved to the next interview. It seemed that a decision probably had already been made in advance of the meeting,
