I went through a number of stages while interviewing for Noyo, which took some time but gave me a clear understanding of the position's responsibilities. I initially did a quick 15 minute phone screen with a in-house recruiter, followed by a Zoom interview with the manager of the Operations Team. I then complete a two hour challenge which helped me confirm my interest in the day to day duties of the role. After I submitted the challenge, I participated in a 3 hour interview block with numerous members of the Operations Team to discuss my method for tackling the challenge and my previous work experience. The interview process concluded with a quick 15 minute phone conversation with the VP of Operations. The entire process took about two months but the timing of various holidays complicated part of the scheduling process.

Typical Interview process: hiring manager call, technical assignment, and team interview. The team was very well knowledgeable and excited to be there, I felt that all members were truly being transparent. I appreciated that a lot of my feedback was also valued throughout the entire interview process.
