It was light interview process, after which I had two weeks of testing period paid work. That was in-person job interview, a typically one-on-one interview between me and a hiring manager (actually with CTO). The interviewer asked me questions about experience and skills, work history, availability, and the qualifications the company was seeking at that time for this job.
