Realtively straightforward interview process, Hiring Manager interview followed by panel interview of 3 department heads. Was offered the job but offered 20k less than what I was currently making. Before the interview process started i told the recruiter at most I could take is a $5k pay cut. Wasted my time going through this entire process to be lowballed. If you interview with them, making sure you quadruple check with the recruiter that the salary you want is attainable.
