2 rounds but very unclear after the 1st round - makes you think you will be able to get paid a base rate but not only after the 2nd round they revealed these information but they put it in a way making you think it is very easy to make profit and it is your "own business" and insert a lot of delusion pictures that is it not actually a job its a "career" but really what they are doing is have 0 output and get 100% input by you and hold no responsibility whatsoever so in my interview they specified that all road trips are paid for but when i actually went on one my leader told me i have to pay for everything myself and when i asked him what about what you told me at my interview he quickly deny and said those road trips are only paid for if you hit targets as well as if they are at another state.

Interview process was seemingly professional and timely. However, greatly misleading on day to day tasks and how targets were to be achieved. I and i presume a few others weren't quick to notice that when they say B2B (business to business) meetings, they mean pestering other workers while on shift to buy raffle tickets for charities. If there is one thing worse than being that cold sales person that no one likes, its bothering other people trying to do their job and asking them for a minimum $30 ticket. The trial shift proved that it was a practically easy job however, expect to see yourself esteem dwindle by the second.
