Met with store manager and went over my experience and why I wanted to work for the company. Then explained the job the hours and job requirements. After that she asked me a bunch of questions about if you had an issue with a customer or coworker how would you handle it and etc.

It was one interview and the job was offered on the spot pending a urinalysis. The interview was a face to face sit-down of the typical questions asked at an hourly role. Questions reviewed your work history, skills, why you would be a good addition to the company, as well as how you see yourself performing in the position. This is not an interview which requires much preparation in order to be successful with.
