The interview process itself was positive. I had the first call with one person from their HR team. Then, they send me the take-home test. I was told they would get back to me after 2-3 days once I submitted my results. But, it took 2 weeks for them to tell me that their feedback was positive and invite me for the technical turntable interview. Again, they told me they would get back to me within the next week, but it took more than two weeks! I was rejected. One of the main reasons was that I had no prior React experience, but we interviewed for the BACKEND position! My question is: Does a lead backend developer need to master React? * I am a lead full stack developer, familiar with Vue.Js, with no react experience!
