There were three rounds, excluding the initial recruiter screening: 1. Initial one-hour, high-level, technical and soft skills discussion with the hiring manager 2. In-depth technical Q & A with an architect and tech lead. The questions centered around performance, advanced C#, .NET features, and more general technical questions about design patterns and DI container lifetimes, for example 3. Final behavioral/cultural fit review with engineering director. While the process may be different between different engineering, it was notable that I was given no whiteboarding or coding exercises, which I consider a positive.
