I applied for the position and got a response later. Got a call asking if i could come in a few days, easy because downtown toronto. Went in way overdressed because government finance organization but interviewers joked it off and we had a good laugh at it. Interviewers were very friendly and understanding. C, OO-Programming, SQL questions along with pseudocode on paper. Walking out of the interview they said i would have the offer emailed to me the next week. Me being the paranoid person i was thought i missheard it because despite my enjoyment in the interview i thought it was my worst so far. Next week i got the offer.

Directly went to on-site interview with 3 developers in the same room. They take turns asking computer science questions from a checklist (eg. OO concepts, etc.). Then there's some SQL stuff. If you struggle on a question they will give you hints. They are very friendly and there isn't too much pressure. Unfortunately the pay was very low so I took another offer, but they were very understanding and wished me luck.
