Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso OGILVY (Makati City) nel mese di ago 2025

      Colloquio

⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) 4 stages – HR → Line Manager → Sr. Strategist → Director HR Interview: Initial background check and personal Q&A, followed by very technical questions about processes, strategy, and situational handling. The HR was supportive and gave assurance of updates throughout the process. Line Manager Interview: Focused more on culture fit with light technicals. Shared details about office schedules, work environment, and upcoming projects. Positive and conversational. Sr. Strategist Interview: Highly technical, with client-scenario Q&A. Candid discussion about workload—supportive but competitive culture, and high client demands. Positive overall. Director Interview: Serious and technical. Emphasis on handling pressure in a very busy environment. Asked when I could start, which felt promising. Positive overall. Overall Experience: I went through all four stages, received positive feedback at each one, and was even asked to submit my payslip/benefits package (which usually signals they’re preparing an offer). Naturally, I expected to move forward. Instead, after a week of waiting, HR informed me they would not proceed and chose another candidate. My Take: The process itself was challenging and insightful, but I felt misled. Being asked for sensitive documents and asked about my start date made me believe I had the role, only to end up rejected. It was disappointing and frustrating, given the time and effort spent. Advice for Applicants: Be prepared for very technical and pressure-heavy interviews. But manage your expectations—even if every stage feels positive, and even if they request documents like payslips, it does not guarantee an offer.

      Domande di colloquio [1]

      Domanda 1

Be prepared for very technical and pressure-heavy interviews. Focused on client situations, processes, and problem-solving. In terms of culture fit, highly recommended if you came from ad agency as well since they look for someone who can thrive in fast-paced and high pressure environment.
