First interview was a 30 minute phone screen with HR during which I told them about my compensation expectations. I got scheduled for a 1 hour in-person interview with 5 behavioral and some technical questions. It was like talking to a panel not like having a conversation. I interview with the hiring manager and 2 supporting managers. I got called the next day with an offer that was way below my expectations
