The first phase of the interview process is with 2 people. One person is from HR and the other is in the supply chain department. They ask you very basic questions such as "Name a time when you worked with a team" and "Talk about your work experience. This lasts about 30 minutes. If they like you then they will call you back for the second phase a week or two later. The second phase consists of 3 back to back interviews that last about 45 minutes each. You will be asked more questions about your past work history and you will then be given a case study. The case study is a math problem. The math problem can be difficult so make sure you pay attention and don't panic. Then you will be asked questions regarding the math problem. Each interviewer will give you a case study so you will have 3 case studies in total. Good Luck! ***Because of Covid the interview was virtual***
