Received an interview based on a recommendation from someone within the company. Process was fairly simple. I was fortunate enough to grab their attention rather quickly, and lock in the job. I met with the head of the marketing/sales department as well as some other senior level employees. The actual interview was with two sales interns and the head of the sales/marketing department.
