I responded to an ad but then in the interview they said they weren’t hiring. They told me about their company for about 30 minutes and asked me no questions.

Object Partners originally contacted me about the position. After talking to the initial recruiter, who was very nice, I was handed to somebody in upper management. Unfortunately, this person was very disrespectful to me. They belittled and insulted my work experience, continually making snap judgments which were off-base. The person had obviously spent little time reviewing my resume or looking me up on LinkedIn. It was clear they felt I was a waste of their time. It surprised me that somebody could attain that position having such poor people skills. Naturally, this went against the great culture they advertise as having.
