A few days after submitting an online application through the company website I received an email on a Friday afternoon to complete an online assessment by Sunday afternoon. The assessment consisted of questions based on the 2003 versions of excel and access. The excel portion was relatively straightforward and covered the basic uses of excel and the access portion was all multiple choice. I received a confirmation on Monday that I passed the assessment and the next step was to complete an 2 hour in-house assessment. The assessment covered the 2007 versions of excel and access and was more straightforward than the initial online test. I received a confirmation from the recruiter that I passed the in-house assessment and did well, however I was not selected for an interview.

Panel interview, and tech heavy. Consisted of multiple disciplines. Overall it was a good interview and not overly formal. There was a great feel about the room and it was as if you could call Oxy home.
