I applied online and was contacted shortly after. When I arrived, I was led to the waiting room where I was joined shortly after by a group of four people. The group consisted of an IT director, developer, designer, and manager. They asked me a few questions and I showed them my work. I got a call back the same day and met the owner. He was very nice. We discussed salary, benefits, and various aspects of the job. I received a tour of the office and was eventually offered the job.

No phone interview. Met in-person for only 1 interview. Intereviewed with 2 individuals and they seemed to really like me. Met the CEO towards the end of the interview and he asked me a few questions. Nice people. Declined since the position was too far for my liking and salary was lower than expected.
