First they ask you some questions on phone call if they got some satisfaction then they will schedule your interview and on time of interview they will give you a form(hardcopy) in which you have to give information and some general questions about your strength & weakness, why should we hire you etc. after that your interview will start and they take your interview in URDU when you answer in urdu in your whole interview then at the end they reject you because you answer thier urdu question in urdu.
