The interview process was straightforward and well explained. There was an initial informal chat, a take-home exercise, and a final interview to discuss the exercise solution and to answer some behavioural questions. The final interview was very relaxed; it was conversational rather than having questions thrown at you. There were ample opportunities to get ideas and points across, and to ask questions. Everyone was friendly and approachable, making for a very positive interview experience.
