Overall, a pretty poor interview experience. I had the initial screening call with the recruiter who mentioned I was "the best applicant so far" but everything beyond that was less than adequate. I had a call set up with the hiring manager for 30 minutes (which I don't think is long enough) and the questions were quite weak and didn't really contribute to the interview much. It was a lot of basic competency questions which I answered to my fullest and even tried expanding on as they were not very challenging. I was left with 3 minutes at the end to answer questions. I was only allowed to ask 1 question before the hiring manager told me he had another call to attend (again, 30 minutes isn't enough of time). Then radio silence. I was told I'd get feedback within 2 days but alas, I haven't received any. I was told the interview would be two-way but this was not the case and for me to take out time out of my day for some basic Q&A could have easily been avoided if I knew this in advance. 6 months later and no feedback.
