There were 3 stages to the interview process. 1) Apply online with your CV & answer a few questions. 2) Upload a 1 minute telling Ogilvy why you should be chosen for Super Saturday. 3) Full day interview at Ogilvy Offices called Super Saturday. Roughly 20-30 people will be invited to attend the final days interview. You will be given a case study that you have to work on in teams. My year we had to tackle a brief about a Hospital. Whilst working on your brief, candidates will be pulled out to be interviewed. You will then have 15 minutes to present your solved brief to a panel of judges.
