After investing almost three hours of my time, plus prep, travel, and follow-up, they ghosted me completely. No update, no "we're still deciding," no courtesy note. Nothing. I waited a couple of weeks, then reached out myself to check on the status. I was told I was "still in the running." And then came radio silence forever. Not even a generic, automated rejection email. No "thanks but no thanks." Just the sound of crickets. This kind of behavior is not just lazy. It is unprofessional and deeply disrespectful to candidates. We are not disposable resumes. We are people who rearranged our schedules, took time off work, and showed up ready to contribute to your company. If your HR department operates with this little regard for basic decency and follow-through, it is not a glitch. It is a sign of the company's overall attitude. If this is how you treat candidates, I can only imagine how you treat your employees once they are inside. Do yourself a favor and take your talents elsewhere. These people do not deserve your time.
