I did 3 interviews. One on the phone and two over Google hangout. They were all between 30 minutes and an hour long. They clearly wanted to get to know me and make sure I would be suited to the job because it is definitely a lifestyle. They also made sure I knew a lot about them and their motivations, which was encouraging.
