The first interview was with a person from Human Resources. She just asked pretty basic questions about work ethic and what I would do in certain situations. You could tell she was trying to see if I was reliable in a job that must have had a lot of turnover. The second interview was with the Supervisor of Medical Records and it was over my past experience and how it applies to the job I was applying for.
