I applied online via one of their job postings at Indeed. I filled up the forms and questionnaires. I got an interview call within one week. Initially it was a brief phone interview. Then the interviewer called me for a group interview on the following day. During the group interview, the manager didn't show much interest to my answers. She also didn't understand some of my questions towards her and made me repeat my questions. It was an awkward situation for me. She asked us to leave our references phone numbers and said would get back to us by the following week.

group interview: Tell us about yourself and something that you are passionate about.
Task: Prepare an interview outfit for me and describe the outfit.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!
