My friend and I were walking around the mall desperate for a summer job. We walked into Old Navy asking if they were hiring, the lady said yes and that was a group interview tomorrow and we could come if we applied online that night. So we applied and went to the interview the next day. It was group of 6 people and we went around answering questions, then, they had us pick an outfit for "graduation" and try to sell it to them. Afterwards, they told us that they wanted to have 2nd interviews with us the next day. That lasted about 10 minutes and I was offered the job on spot.

Process was fairly easy and went seamlessly. No complaints except for slight tardiness of interviewer. Everyone that interviewed was very nice and the location was also great. I was offered a position and declined but would recommend.
