Group interview and presented "passion item" - an item that you are passionate about that represents you and your journey. Interview consisted of 5 people, the assistant manager and general manager. Was quite informal and calm, spent a few minutes casually chatting about school and job searching.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
