I applied online then got an email for an interview. Due to COVID, I had a phone interview. About 30 minutes. They explain the role, ask questions, and let you ask questions. The next day, they called and asked if I was interested (I said yes) and asked me to go to the branch 2 days after for orientation.

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
