Fill out application on line. They call for a chat on the fone then ask you come in for a Group interview. Sort of corny but also fun. My group was small so it is was not uncomfortable.

What was one time you had to work on a group project, share your experience
Submitted my resume online on their website then I did a Phone call interview with one of the managers. It was very casual and typical questions, pretty easy. Didn't have much professional experience, ended up being my first retail job.
