Very easy, ask about availability and strengths/weaknesses, when you made mistakes, schooling, and what that schedule looks like, if you are looking for seasonal, part time, full time, how many days ideally you could work, do you have a solid mode of transportation
Interviews were (at the time) generally done in groups, where interviewers would ask the group a question and the applicants would answer in order. Questions included things like available working hours, your motivations for applying, and strengths and weaknesses (basic interview stuff).

They don’t do one on one interviews. Rather, they ask you to come for group interview where you get to answer the questions asked and discuss it with the other people who are interviewing as well.
