It was a group based interview process. I assume the intention was to evaluate the ability to work with others on a team. However the overall atmosphere felt very cult-like. In fact, I would say it was almost nightmarish.
Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
