Colloquio
I had met the Hiring Manager when I had been shopping. I saw the help wanted signs and asked her about it, and she was cheery and game me a card. It was the normal online application with the 30-minute questionnaire. I was called back within a couple weeks for a phone interview, and had an in-person interview a few days later. She remembered me and complimented the top I wore, which I remembered her pointed out to me the night I had shopped there.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
