I had too different interviews, the first one was a group interview where we were asked questions and then we would take turns answering it. After this you have to go and pick out an outfit, we were asked to pick out an outfit for a bbq. The second interview consisted more of us getting to know the old navy company, and it felt almost like an orientation but with questions asked in between.

Group interview, almost like a game with dice used to answer questions. Each person had to share what they thought and take turns. Pleasant interview process, very casual. Some applicants wore jeans
