The interview questions were average. Not too difficult. I had to do an online questionnaire and I had to write a sample letter. Although they said there were no wrong answers, I got a couple wrong.

Two step interview process. First was an HR screen with a coordinator to make sure you were qualified. Second was an in person interview with two of the hiring managers and senior management.
