Simple behavioral interview with to management staff. asking key retail behavioral questions about how you interact with customers, with the following tour around the store where you are given 20 minutes to work on the shop floor and interact with customers and complete various tasks with a review afterwards.

Phone interview, then in person with a floor trial. Fairly easy “tell me a time questions”. Very friendly and trying to see if you fit the team more than anything
