Applied through their website, got a phone call at the beginning, and scheduled the interview in 3 months. On the interview day, there were three rounds of interviews, one for fit/personal experience, two for case studies.

First, we are given an AI interview with questions to answer on video. They only give 45 s to answer questions. Then there was a face-to-face interview, where it is 2 x 45 mins, where it is the same thing with 2 different people on seperate occasions.
First you take an online assessment. There are two rounds. First is one hour: half case, half behavioral. The first round is with younger analysts. Everyone was nice and supportive, also was on zoom.
