They invite you to the office for a brief presentation a few days before the interview, where you can meet some of the consultants and they go over some tips for cases. You're divided into small groups to work through a fictional case with an OW consultant. Everyone was very friendly. Unlike at other consulting firms where the same person might go through your resume with you and do a case, Oliver Wyman splits this up. So one person does a case interview, another person does a resume interview. Their scheduling determines which is first. It's pretty straightforward. Fair interview, I was just definitely not on my game.
