I am not at all happy with the hiring process. It took about 3-4 months, I was selected till the final step. It’s not that reason, but the thing is, they never kept me updated. I had to keep sending them emails to know the status, otherwise they will just forget that you exist. I am so disappointed. They don’t understand that how much energy, time and feelings we, candidates give. Even after the final interview, they didn’t care to let me know that they had selected the other candidate. I got really hurt.

the interviewer was very dishonest, speaking untruthfully and contradicted by others, further along in the interview process. A classic case of bait and switch. I would steer clear of this third rate company.

Applied for a territory FSE position. About a week later, I received a phone interview request from recruiter. About another week later, I had the scheduled interview and went well. It was fairly straight-forward. When I asked about next steps towards the end of the conversation, the interviewer said they would schedule a second interview with hiring manager and that I should hear from them within a week. Two weeks went by and I received nothing from the recruiter or hiring manager. I followed up with the recruiter and they said they passed me off to a different recruiter. It would’ve been nice to know I was being passed off in the first place so that I would know who should be contacting me. Unfortunately, another week and a half goes by and still hear nothing from Omnicell. I gave up contacting and pursued other options despite my strong interest in their company.
I understand that the circumstances are different due to COVID-19 but the lack of communication from the recruiting team is very troubling. My guess is the position is on hold due or eliminated to the COVID-19 as many posted positions are gone... but it would be nice to know what is going on.

Submitted resume, received email for phone interview with corporate recruiter 2 weeks later. Had phone interview, went over my qualifications for the position. The interviewer then scheduled a phone interview with the hiring manager for the next day. Next day interview came and went with no call. I emailed the corporate recruiter giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I was mistaken. Have not heard anything. Different tactic to say the least. Seems unprofessional for a tech company
