Contract recruiter didn’t seem to know much about the role or team and did not offer much clarity about hiring process. No direct feedback offered despite the fact that he had already made up his mind. Did not make me want to pursue additional opportunities with the company based on this experience.

Zuerst fand ein allgemeines Gespräch mit der Personalabteilung statt, in dem grundlegende Informationen zur Position, zum Unternehmen und zu meinem Hintergrund besprochen wurden. Anschließend folgte ein weiteres Gespräch mit der Leitung der Abteilung, das fachliche Themen und Aufgabenbereiche behandelte.

The process was great. Well organized, well communicated, and punctual. Everyone was kind, professional, and informed. The follow up was personal and detailed via a phonecall, which was a nice change compared to the usual generic email.
