I had three interviews in the first round of the selection process. The interviewers included the CEO and Chairman, the selection committee chair and the past president. All interviews were done by phone due to the pandemic. The selection committee chair coordinated the process and communicated clearly about what to expect and the decision timeline. She provided feedback about why I was not asked to move forward to the second round . All interviews were handled professionally and with courtesy.

Three screening interviews of 30 minutes to one hour with the selection committee comprised of board members. Interviews were conducted by phone. Committee Chair followed up with me by e-mail to explain why I was not advancing to the next round. We had an extended phone conversation where she provided candid feedback.
