I submitted my profile online, followed by a Skype Interview where they walked me through a couple of potential situations. After that I was invited for an on-site interview in Rwanda (all travel expenses were covered by the organization). Upon arrival I was not picked up at the airport as they had told me. After I managed to get a hold of someone (it was late at night) they sent a driver who didn't know where I should be taken. The next day I was taken to the site in rural Rwanda. i was given an agenda at noon on the first day of my interview process. Had a short meeting with the country deputy manager and walked me through the exercise I would be tackling. I was tasked to develop a logistics reporting tool for the warehouse management team and work on a forecast/projections exercise during the next couple of days.
