Took part in 1) an initial phone interview with an HR representative and then was asked to 2) complete an on-line assessment test. This was followed by in-person interviews with 3) the HR representative, 4) a marcom director and 5) a marcom/hiring manager. I never heard from the company following these interviews, so it made me question if I would want to work there, if that’s how they treat potential employees.
