Interview process was very simple. nothing too technical. very friendly people to talk to. more of a conversation than a formal interview. be prepared to talk about marketing ideas and why you want to work here.The interview lasted about an hour and went into detail about the role and how I would contribute to the existing marketing team. The interview went so well that they invited me back in for a second round interview

The first interview was short and they asked me basic interview questions. Later that day, they called me and asked me to come back for a second round of interviews which was going to take 1-2 hours.

The First interview was very quick. The office manager asked me questions about my personality and what role I thought I would fit into well. Then he told me about the office environment and how things go on a day-to-day basis. The second interview was extremely different. I interviewed with a man who would have been my manager and he was extremely unprofessional. This company describes themselves as a marketing company on job advertisements and it wasn't until the second interview that I was told they do face-to-face marketing and its basically a sales job.
