strange that i was given an interview prior to application for a phone interview. was reached on linkein and mostly wanted insight but was given an interview instead but took it as is

Very transparent and professional interview process. I was contacted by someone from HR for an initial call during which they outlined more details about the job, which made me feel far more prepared for and confident during the interview with the hiring manager. I heard back about my application promptly, and received a call from HR almost immediately when I requested feedback.
