Three levels of Interview - first a one on one - details about past experience and a little technical knowledge of software management processes etc. Second round was a task based test where skills on communication and technical expertise were judged. Third was a one on one about the job specifications and your strengths and weaknesses etc.
The second round is the real test for the job - need to have some prior IT knowledge to maneuver - overall a very nice experience. Office culture is very relaxed and welcoming. Would have been a great place to work if it had materialized.
