Initially reached by a recruiter from another firm, and was interviewed for an hour and asked to supply a written summary of why I was a fit for the position. The hiring manager opted to go with another candidate, and that was that. Something went awry with the selected candidate and I was back in business. I was then scheduled for two one-hour interviews approximately one week apart. The first was with the HR Director and the second was with the VP. Both went really well from my perspective. Overall, I really enjoyed the conversations, the challenges that were discussed, and the company itself sounds like a great place to work with solid leadership and positive culture. I would interview again if asked.
