Very structured, 4-stage interview process: I started with the Talent Acquisition team. Reached out to me for screening through Linkedin. Very enthusiastic and excellent representation of the company and the role of the opening. After that meeting, I passed the first stage and moved to the 2nd stage with the territory hiring manager, the GM of KSA territory. Represented my credentials and was able to move to stage 3, which was based on a case study around the role of real cases; the cases are very detailed and specific and require both critical and analytical skills. Stage 4 - Case Review: After submission of the case, I was able to present the case answers to the GM & Head of Department (VP of Brand Management) The case review took around an hour with challenging questions to challenge the answers to the case. Eventually, I passed all stages and landed an offer with them with a bonus package.
