In a nutshell - very vague and unprofessional/no honesty or respect for peoples time. No transparency with salary expectations, the recruiter at some point got super anxious and rude when I started asking about salary. She then wanted my resume so that after she read it through she can give me a salary level (which sounds ridiculous). After, I sent the email out with my resume the recruiter said I should hear from her within 48 hours, but got an email the next morning saying thank you for your interest and blah blah - we won't be moving forward. Truthfully, never considered applying to this as the recruiter was the one who reached out to me through linked in. Do better Optiver.
