It lasted only 5 min and 28 sec. where for at least 1 min. I had to wait for the interviewer to do other tasks and let me waited on camera. He asked questions in a hurry without letting me finish my sentence, and from his questions clearly he had not even read my CV. After a few questions about my working experience and without even listening he told me that the salary is up to 500€. I mentioned that when they called me to arrange the interview, they specifically said that the salary was between 800-1000 based on experience. He said at first that the 500€ was due to my age (???)-(not mentioned in job description ) 29yo, and that was for 30+. When I replied that ok, I have my birthday mext month for my 30s so it is not that of an issue, with a really ironic and impolite manner he told me that I am underqualified and the 500€ should be over the top for me. Just to mention the position was for a receptionist/operational!! I have been working as Business Administrative Aassistant for the last 3 years, woking with legal issues, accounting, receptionist, customer, executive assistant etc. By even listening to what I was saying or at least reading my CV, just a glance, he would clearly see that I was in the end more than overqualified! I would appreciate if this company would even have manners for the candidates, speaking the truth not only in the job description but when it comes to rejecting a posible employee.
